Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or activating CoreLab offline software.

1. Overview
CoreLab is an offline pathology and diagnostic laboratory management software owned and operated by CoreLab. Due to the nature of our software licensing and instant activation, we maintain a strict No Cancellation & No Refund policy.
2. No Cancellations
Once an order is placed and the license is generated or the software is activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
3. No Refunds
All payments made for CoreLab are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of the software
- Incorrect understanding of features
- System incompatibility or hardware issues
- Internet connectivity issues (software is offline-first)
4. Trial & Evaluation
Where applicable, CoreLab may offer a trial or demo version to help users evaluate the software before purchase. Customers are strongly encouraged to fully assess the software during the trial period prior to making a purchase decision.
5. License & Activation
Once a license key is issued, it is assigned to the laboratory name signed into that key for its 365-day subscription term. It may be reused on replacement or additional PCs in that same laboratory, but it cannot be transferred to another laboratory or refunded after issue.
6. Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are made only at the sole discretion of CoreLab and only in cases of:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect amount charged because of payment gateway failure
Any approved refund under exceptional circumstances will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting CoreLab support first may result in immediate suspension or termination of the software license without further notice.
8. Policy Updates
CoreLab reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
