CoreLab provides complete pathology lab management solutions. We offer an Offline Desktop version for internet-free operations and an Online Cloud version for remote access across multiple devices, tailored for small to medium diagnostic labs.
Yes. After downloading CoreLab and receiving your key, the Offline Desktop version can be installed, activated, and used for routine patient management, billing, and reporting without an active internet connection. Internet is still needed to purchase, download updates, send reports online, or receive remote support.
One paid Offline Pro key covers every supported Windows PC used by the same laboratory. The key is tied to the signed lab name, not to computer hardware, so there is no per-PC reactivation fee. A different laboratory needs its own key.
CoreLab is designed for practical daily use. Pre-filled templates, configured reference values, and supported calculations can reduce repetitive entry and make reporting more consistent.
Yes. You can fully customize report formats by department (e.g., Haematology, Biochemistry), and update test parameters, reference ranges, and interpretations as needed.
Yes, CoreLab includes features for generating invoices, managing payments, printing receipts, and tracking pending dues—all without needing internet access.

Yes. CoreLab separates cases with pending result entry from completed reports, so staff can identify unfinished reporting work.
Absolutely. You can take regular backups to a pen drive, hard disk, or cloud manually. This ensures your lab data is safe even in case of hardware failure.
Yes. The backend signs the issue date and expiry date into the license key. Each subscription is valid for exactly 365 days. After expiry, renew the subscription and enter the newly issued key.
Yes. Install CoreLab on the replacement PC and enter the same unexpired key. The license is not hardware-bound, so changing a computer or reinstalling Windows does not require a new paid activation.
Yes. CoreLab can generate PDF reports offline. Connect to the internet only when you want to send those files through WhatsApp, email, or another online service.
Yes, you can easily update normal ranges, unit labels, and reference comments for all tests, based on age, gender, or lab standards.
No. The license permits the same lab to activate multiple PCs, but each offline installation keeps its data locally. Use CoreLab backup and restore procedures or an approved local-network setup to move or share data. Choose CoreLab Cloud when automatic remote access to one shared dataset is required.
